Clinic Concierge

Gro Clinics are introducing an exciting new concept bringing the latest solutions in hair loss treatments more accessible to people, who want more hair.

The first concept clinic will open at
Pacific Fair in
March 2024.

This centre will complement our services at our established clinics in Brisbane, Sydney, Gold Coast, Melbourne and Perth.

The Role
In this role, your key responsibilities will include, among others:

• Deliver world class customer service to clients
• Ensure every client receives a warm and personalised welcome
• Drive sales
• Educate clients on hair care products, and give purchase recommendations
• Oversee daytoday centre operations
• Manage front of house processes in collaboration with Concierge staff
• Manage staff rostering '" ensuring effective utilisation
• Recruitment of staff
• Ensure consumables and equipment are kept stocked and maintained
• Consistently deliver high quality service touchpoints
• Handling all phone and walkin enquiries
• Book and schedule appointments where necessary
• Inventory management
• Cash flow management
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to management
• Assist with developing and maintaining centre policies and procedures
• Support and implement merchandising and marketing campaigns and promotions
• Contribute to the development of a culture consistent with the values of Gro Clinics

Who we're looking for:

• 35 years' experience in a management role, preferably in a healthcare or related service industry
• Have a genuine passion for providing a world class care to clients
• Have an inspiring 'Make It Happen' attitude and ability to foster a positive team culture
• Be proficient in Zenoti or similar CRM software
• Have strong financial skills, including budgeting and P&L management
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required on a roster system
• Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills
• Understanding of and proven elevated customer service skills '" in line with best practices in a healthcare setting
