Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, ensuring each customer feels valued and appreciated.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, suggesting additional items to enhance the customer's experience.
• Prepare and serve our wide range of delicious donuts, coffees, and other products in accordance with Donut King's recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the store, including food preparation areas, dining areas, and customer seating areas.
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
