As the Supply Chain Projects and Operations Lead, your focus initially will be to oversee ongoing and upcoming transformative Supply Chain projects, supporting our growing fleet.

As the role progresses, and the projects get delivered, it will transition into an operational capacity where your valuable expertise and knowledge of operational processes will support and collaborate to deliver continuous improvement outcomes.

You'll have

  • 35 years supply chain project management and operational experience Proven track record with successful demonstrable project outcomes Eligible to hold an Aviation Securities ID Card Knowledge of CASA/EASA/FAA Regulatory requirements (desirable) Microsoft Office Suite of products, advanced Excel skills. A demonstrated ability to communicate basic supply chain functions from a process and system action view. In particular, how each department interacts in the Plan, Source, Buy, Deliver, Bin, Return, Repair cycles of a typical supply chain, Trusted advisor, capable of maintaining high degrees of confidentiality when a staff member approaches with sensitive issues. Awareness and understanding of special handling requirements, and dangerous goods / hazardous material classifications. Demonstrated examples of customer service leadership and financial acumen, within a Supply Chain. Excellent time management skills. Ability to build project plans from the ground up, and work without direct supervision. Exceptionally good problem solving and continuous improvement skills.
