Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Drive sales through providing customers with informative product knowledge relating to POP MART
  • Assist with stock management including unpacking, shelf arrangement, replenishing and stock take
  • Processing of daily transactions at counter efficiently and effectively
  • Support the store to operate efficiently by possessing excellent communication skills, organisational and time management skills.

To be successful you will have
- previous retail experience in a customer-focused environment
- a can-do positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- able to work both independently and enjoy working in a team environment

  • Possess a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Flexible availability to work across the week including public holiday and weekends due to busy nature of retail environment
  • Fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous
