About the Role


They have an exciting opportunity available for a Change Consultant to join their Strategic Projects & EPMO team in for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Team Lead - Change Management, you will be working closely with a number of key stakeholders managing, partnering and developing change management strategy ensuring leadership behaviors associated with change are positive and supportive.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify risk mitigation tactics as part of the change management process
  • Design innovative ways to engage users around new mindsets and ways of working
  • Conduct effective stakeholder engagement throughout the change journey
  • Develop and deliver communications and engagement activities, utilising existing business rhythms where possible
  • Ensure plans are in place to minimise the impact and risk of business transition and support long term sustainable change adoption for individuals and the business
  • Identify and pursue continuous improvements in change management practice and approach

About You

  • Project Change Management experience in a complex infrastructure business or relevant environment
  • Communication & Facilitation strong stakeholder communication and engagement
  • Experience on technology Projects (advantageous)
  • Organisational Psychology qualification or similar (or progress towards) will be highly regarded
