Graphic Designer

Troocoo is partnering with a well-established Queensland organisation seeking an immediate addition to its graphic design team.
As a graphic designer, you'll work as part of a collaborative team to create, design, and maintain high-quality visual content for various digital channels, including social media, events, internal screens, websites, and intranet. Your role supports the Communication Team by ensuring all materials are visually appealing, professionally formatted, and aligned with branding guidelines.
With a strong eye for detail, exceptional design skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, you will contribute significantly to the success and growth of the Communication Team. You'll play a crucial role in keeping digital channels up-to-date and boosting employee external communication through high-quality design services.
Your day to day will include;
Design and Production; Delivering graphic design support, enhancing presentations, and creating/formatting high-quality reports, brochures, and marketing collateral.
Brand Management; Ensure brand consistency and manage the corporate style guide and design templates.
Communication Projects; Support internal communications, manage stakeholder enquiries, and assist with project management and research.
Team Administration; Maintain organised files and proactively manage stakeholder enquiries.
You'll have a strong technical skill set with experience in;
Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud. You'll also have a strong understanding of design principles in typography, color theory and layout. Be a proficient MAC user, and have the ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with the internal team, clients and suppliers. Experience working within established brand guidelines as well as corporate messaging is also essential.
You will need to be available to start immediately for a 4 month period, hybrid work is available with 3 days CBD 2 days WFH.
