The role
Reporting to the Partners in our Business Advisory division, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to grow their career whilst providing secretarial and administration support. In this role, you will:
- Type all correspondence including tender documents, faxes and letters e.g. engagement letters;
- Manage partners diaries, including completing timesheets and scheduling appointments;
- Relieve reception (if and when required); and
- Undertake Corporate Secretarial work including preparing annual company reviews and minutes
About you
To be considered for this role you must:
- have a minimum of 2 years secretarial or administration experience, preferably gained in a professional services environment;
- be computer and technology savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills;
- effectively manage tasks and complete these in given time; and
- work effectively with different people and assist other support staff as required
In addition, you will:
- demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and oral;
- provide high level service to clients;
- take initiative to find a solution; and
- have excellent attention to detail
