Position Overview:


As an Estimator and Quoter for Team 247, you will play a crucial role in the initial stages of our projects.

You will be responsible for conducting on-site assessments, preparing accurate and competitive residential fencing quotes, and ensuring that all approved quotes are scheduled for installation.

Additionally, you will manage material orders for approved projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onsite visits to assess the fencing needs of residential customers.
  • Provide detailed and accurate quotes for residential fencing projects.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Communicate and negotiate with customers to finalise project details.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of fencing materials, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Coordinate and schedule approved quotes for installation.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Manage material orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Maintain accurate records of all quotes, schedules, and material orders.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a residential fencing estimator and quoter is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of fencing materials, industry standards, and pricing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in quote preparation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Organised and proficient in project scheduling and material ordering.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for onsite assessments.
  • Basic computer skills for quote preparation and order management.
