Lightwave Yachts, a family business for over 25 years based in Yatala, is seeking factory workers to join our team.

If you're someone who's motivated, dependable, and looking for consistent full-time work hours in a safe and team-oriented setting, we'd like to meet you.

Initially, the position is casual, but full-time hours are guaranteed from Monday to Friday. After a trial period, you may have the chance to shift to a permanent full-time role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrated consistency and reliability in attendance.
  • Capacity to start work at 5am.
  • Comfortable with standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to follow instructions and undertake repetitive tasks.
  • Capable of both teambased and independent work.
  • Ability to work unsupervised following initial training period.


Please note that this is a fiberglass manufacturing facility, prospective employees should consider that it is a smelly and itchy environment, particularly for new staff as they adjust.
