Duties:

  • Slicing and Packing of Poultry and Red meat Products
  • Assist in stock processing and loading onto the process table.
  • Use trolleys to assist in transporting goods to packing sections.
  • Wash Basins, boots, and dust coats ( as per roster) and ensure a high level of hygiene.
  • Prepare orders for customers, stock take, and place products onto pallets and wrap them effectively
  • Report to assistant production manager when needed and take on duties as advised.

Knowledge/Experience required:

  • Food industry/ HACCP knowledge
  • Boning Knife Experience
  • Machine operations experience ( cutter, dicer, mincer, vacuum pack, slicer, or strapper)

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Salary:
$ $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
