Noarlunga Family Relationship Centre (NFRC) provides services to strengthen family relationships, help families stay together and assist families through separation across the outer southern region of Adelaide including Christies Beach, Marion, Aldinga, Kangaroo Island and Victor Harbour.

This is an exciting time for the Noarlunga Family Relationship Centre and a great opportunity for you to be a part of a growing, dynamic and supportive team of professionals providing Family Dispute Resolution.


This role is responsible for:

  • Complete case notes, correspondence and data reporting and administrative requirements
  • Conduct mediation sessions based on the family dispute resolution framework and legislative requirements
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments on potential issues including family and domestic violence and child abuse, and make appropriate referrals
  • Undertake intake and assessment interviews with separating or separated parents, grandparents or other significant individuals in a child's life

About You:

  • You will have demonstrated experience in providing mediation as well as:_
  • Hold a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution
  • Degree in Social Work, Behavioural Science, Law or equivalent
  • Either current registration with the Attorney General's Department (AGD) as an FDRP or willingness to undertake the qualification
  • Experience to sensitively engage with families and complex issues
  • Competent interpersonal skills, administrative skills and data reporting
