About the Role

The focus of the OTM Assistant Role is to support the Operations Team Manager in developing the team and ensuring that day to day operational objectives are met.

To succeed at being an Assistant OTM at CTM, is to understand and utilise the resources and expertise within your team to help support the team's and client's overall outcomes and expectations.

Ensuring that service standards are maintained given this is the core of our business, is critical.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience as a Corporate Consultant servicing either international or domestic clients
  • Demonstrated knowledge of both Tramada and Amadeus systems, as well as
CTM systems, policies and processes, and the travel industry in general

  • Working knowledge of the accounting principles associated with consulting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of the principles associated with consulting
  • Exceptional organisational skills;
  • Familiar with internal reporting within the travel industry; particularly in regard to analysing the reporting to better the business and team;
  • Ability to delegate effectively;
  • Commitment to use your peers as coaches. Knowledge sharing and open feedback form part of our core business model;
  • Commitment to recognising you 'own' your local consulting working environment, including morale and keeping the CTM culture and spirit alive;
  • Commitment to proactively advising when you identify local matters hindering our ongoing business success and sharing solutions with your peers before escalating to the Operations Team Manager for their information, or support
