Batman's Hill on Collins is looking for a General Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the Hotel. You will be a passionate, innovative, and results-driven leader with a strong background in the hospitality industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take charge of a thriving hotel, and lead a dedicated team to success.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, inspiring and developing an exceptional team of hospitality professionals to enable their individual growth and help drive the overall success of the business
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience
- Supporting all departments in the achievement of operational targets
- Overseeing the marketing and sales efforts to maximise occupancy and revenue
- Championing employee engagement, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment for all our Heartists
- A minimum of 5 years senior management experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and delivering outstanding financial results
- Demonstrated success in driving the commercial performance of the business and delivering on KPIs
- Passionate to develop self and others
- Clear communication, creating impactful relationships with your team
- Fosters a positive owner relationship while maximising performance
