About the Role:

At Green Options, we are a professional landscape management company known for creating and maintaining prestigious grounds, including some of Australia's most high-end landscaped gardens.

We are currently seeking a hands-on 2IC Horticulturist to join our team in Breakfast Point, Sydney.

As a 2IC Horticulturist at Green Options, you will have the opportunity to assist the Site Manager and lead a small team in delivering quality gardening maintenance services.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining and improving gardens and lawns, ensuring high standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain green spaces.
• Implement horticultural best practices for plant care.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager to enhance campus aesthetics.
• Conduct regular assessments of plant health and landscape conditions.
• Provide recommendations for landscaping improvements.
• Contribute to the overall environmental sustainability of the grounds.

About You:

• Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens (desirable).
• Valid drivers' license.
• Relevant experience in plant care and landscaping.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
