About the Role:

We are looking for a well-experienced Retail
Manager to join the team in their
Dandenong location and continue growing their vibrant and high preforming team

  • Stylish and energetic, with a clear passion for retail leadership and thrives on growing a preforming team
  • Confident in building relationships and brand loyalty through exceptional customer service
  • Capable of building and maintaining a vibrant team culture
  • Experienced in a fashion retail management role
  • Managed large teams in fast pace retail ling
  • Exceptional customer service standards
  • Strong ability to drive KPI's from the front

Responsibilities in the role:

  • Managing, motivating and inspiring your team
  • Achieving sales and KPI targets
  • Maintaining store presentation standards
  • Lead from the front to help drive sales and targets
  • Contribute to the fun and familystyle company culture
  • Keep ontop of the large volume of stock in your store maintaining VM standards is a must
