About the Team
Our Tech team are the real heroes here. They've taken our past success and transformed it into an exceptional SaaS platform supporting SMEs and Enterprises in innovative ways. By joining the Tech team, you'll play a crucial role in developing our all-in-one business management platform.

The Opportunity:
As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead multiple delivery teams by providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure technology, delivery, and product outcomes align with MYOB's goals. You'll drive the engineering strategy for our services and technology stack, collaborating with other leaders to define and execute product and technology roadmaps while establishing a sustainable system of work for the teams.

As a leader with strong technical expertise, you'll assist teams in designing solutions, implementing changes incrementally, and fostering continuous improvement to ensure our software is developed and maintained effectively.

In this role:

  • Drive excellence in software engineering practices and techniques.
  • Provide technical leadership for successful product delivery and scalability.
  • Utilize key metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and delivery managers to enhance product roadmaps.
  • Empower teams to make decisions and align with common objectives.
  • Drive product and architecture strategy within and across domains.
  • Ensure security and compliance requirements are met.

  • Understanding of domain-driven design and strong interpersonal skills.
