Main Objective:


The role provides recruitment support and solutions to enable the selection and engagement of the most capable employees for Arthrex and ensures proactive, client focused, capability-based recruitment services, contemporary recruitment solutions and strategies and advice across the Australia and New Zealand business.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Consult with leaders, hiring managers and human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies.
  • Arrange preemployment testing, background & references screenings when required. Evaluation and input of our current vendors
  • Place and update all job postings in various Medias including internet/intranet sites, social networks, community boards and agency partners.
  • Represent the company at recruiting events, providing company/job information and interviewing applicants.
  • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote referral program and internal opportunities.
  • Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
  • Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required.
  • Conduct regular followup with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
  • Position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. based recommendations to improve processes and efficiency in recruitment service.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or similar preferred but not essential.
  • 23 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist, or similar
  • Sound experience in recruitment best practice including recruitment approaches, marketing and social media initiatives and policies, processes and legislative requirements.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles.
  • Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
