About the role

An opportunity now exists for an experienced and motivated Sales Coordinator to join JB Hi-Fi's Commercial Sales division, located in our Support Office in Southbank Melbourne. This role is primarily responsible for supporting a team of Account Managers on a day-to-day basis with the successful fulfilment of orders.

Key responsibilities include:

Act as the key point of contact for key accounts Provide exceptional customer service via phone and emails Provide administrative support to Account Managers Liaise with internal and external stake holders Provide quotations (new business & current customers) to our Clients within required SLA's Review backorders and follow-up invoices

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

Able to work well within a fast-paced team environment Have good business acumen and problem-solving abilities Able to provide our Customers with holistic solutions to their requirements Have good written and verbal skills Are competent using the Microsoft Office suite as well as having a working knowledge of Salesforce Have good attention to detail Love working in the ICT technology sector and have IT Knowledge Have great research skills and the ability to construct winning deals Have a good phone manner and are confident dealing with Customers and Vendors Are a team player and want to make a difference to our business highly regarded/desirable Telstra Knowledge
