The Opportunity


You will be an integral part of the team working across 6 A-grade assets in Sydney CBD for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall.

This role will see you working closely with the Senior Precinct Manager and State Operations Manager to streamline processes, involvement in operational & capex budgeting process, assist with the management of capex projects, repositioning works and general maintenance projects of the assets.

This unique role will have you working alongside the site based FM teams to deliver projects.

About you

  • Demonstrated Facilities Management experience on commercial assets
  • Trade background highly beneficial
  • Previous experience in management of capex projects
  • The high level of autonomy in this role will suit someone who likes working in a fast paced environment and has good multi tasking skills
  • A working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural
  • The ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
