Responsibilities:

All-Round Kitchen Duties:
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and basic cooking tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
Handling POS Systems and Cash Register:
- Process customer orders accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Handle cash transactions, provide change, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling policies and procedures.
Customer Service:
- Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Take customer orders and address inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure a positive dining experience by delivering excellent customer service.
Cooking/Frying Food:
- Assist in cooking and frying a variety of menu items.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to maintain food quality and consistency.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and food safety principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. (More specifically, Monday-Fridays from 11am)
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
