You will play a core role in initiating, contributing to and leading company-wide strategic corporate initiatives QUALIFICATIONS~5 years of experience at a top tier strategy consulting firm.
A degree of comfort with investment/ private equity is preferred but not required Passion for climate and sustainability, and for the businesses that are developing innovative decarbonization solutions Strong sense of ownership and confidence in working independently with little guidance Strong emotional intelligence, communication and stakeholder management skills Action-oriented, highly organized and able to prioritize, introduce structure, and drive processes to clear outcomes Comfort with switching between topics quickly.
Enjoy working on big-picture strategic themes as well as on detailed briefings Location: While we usually offer flexible working options, the nature of this role requires the candidate to be based with our Managing Directors at our HQ in Sydney, Australia.
