Key Duties-

  • Support the sales team with technical responses to RFQ's and tenders
  • Provide Internal product knowledge support, best practice, work efficiencies and data management
  • Report to the Product Manager on technical development, integration & delivery of customercentric digital solutions
  • Develop clear technical documentation for frequent customer issues that can be posted in the Community Forum, FAQs, or internal Technical Manuals for all Product Families
  • Liaise with Product Manager teams to help introduce new products and features to customers
  • Assist with Customer Focused Survey groups, workshops, and other customer engagement events (webinars, conferences, trade shows, customer visits)

About You:

  • Experience in sales within the solar industry
  • Sound technical knowledge of the solar industry and related products
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders across a vast array of industries and levels
  • Excellent time management, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • A "hands on" approach to all business
