We are an Indigenous owned Recruitment Agency located in Canberra that provides Contract workers to the Australian Federal Government.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to departmental staff, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff members, ensuring compliance with government travel policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, using Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software tools.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement, inventory management, and maintenance.
  • Assist with the coordination of events and meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, in accordance with government guidelines and protocols.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles within the Australian Public Service or a similar government environment.
  • Possession of a Government clearance (Baseline, NV1, or NV2), or the ability to obtain one.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in all aspects of work.
