Core is looking for an experienced Boilermaker to start work in the Inner west of Brisbane with a national rail company.

To be put forward for this position, the following is mandatory and must be in place prior to starting:

On Offer:

  • Great hourly rate and OT available

To be successful in this role:

  • Relevant Trade Certificate recognized in Australia
  • Engineering Tradesperson Fabricator/ Welder
  • Competent in reading and interpreting engineering drawings including welding symbols.
  • Experience with heavy fabrication/welding and repairs
  • A genuine commitment to workplace safety
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Fabricate mechanical components from detailed drawings and welded to comply with the Welding Procedure Specification
  • Welding medium to heavy structural steel plate
  • Working with earth moving machinery and rail equipment
  • Modifying heavy duty trailers
