Civils Supervisor to help us achieve this goal.

As a Civils Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of fibre telecommunications projects. Your expertise in civil engineering and NRSWA regulations will be instrumental in coordinating and supervising civil works.

  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and overseeing all civil engineering activities for fibre projects
  • Ensuring compliance with NRSWA regulations and safety protocols
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and construction crews
  • Liaising with local authorities and stakeholders to secure necessary permits
  • Monitoring project progress, quality, and adherence to timelines
  • Providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of safety
  • Proven supervisory experience in civil engineering or telecommunications, with a focus on fibre optics
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and project plans
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points
  • Willingness to travel
