Extensive experience working in a similar role within the Automotive Industry Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding negotiation skills Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success A 'DRIVEN' personality with a 'can do' attitude, and a passion for cars and people A passion for delivering exceptional customer service Knowledge of motor dealership systems Conflict resolution skills Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline Current drivers licenceWhat the role entails:
Achieve long and short term sales, gross and profit objectives Assist Sales Manager to ensure that all CRM scores are at benchmark or better Ensure the Sales process is being closely monitored and controlled Keep Dealer Sockets diary up to date. Prospecting potential new clients through telephone and other marketing techniques Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales to delivery process.
