The Role


Kalyra has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Community Services professional to manage a regional Help at Home team as Regional Manager - Adelaide Hills/Murray Bridge.

This position will involve travel to the regions but can be based from Darlington, Hills or Murray Bridge.

As Regional Manager, you will ensure care is delivered to clients consistently and to the standard within department objectives.

You will ensure staff and systems are available and adequate to meet client requirements, including effective scheduling, training, performance management and adherence to standards.

Reporting to the Director, Help at Home, the key responsibilities of the Regional Manager role will include:
Oversee the development of client support plans and associated budgets;
Ensure timely and effective client care management;
Liaise and communicate with client and organisations stakeholders;
Manage and lead the Regional Team to ensure effective delivery of service; and
Provide regular reports to the Director on regional activities and performance.

Key Program Management responsibilities will include:
Oversee administrative aspects of programs to meet the objectives of the stakeholders;
Analyse data to determine the effectiveness of programs;
Maintain financial performance across multiple funding streams linked to service provision, client's services & cost management;
Manages CHSP contract in conjunction with the Director;
Manages expenses in line with budgets;
Suggest and implement improvements to programs and services;
Plan and manage activities to advocate for increased awareness of programs; and
Monitors and ensures the maintenance & compliance of Home Care Packages with all Legislative requirements.

What you will need to succeed

Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience.
Experience within the community services sector - highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to manage people and coordinate work activities.
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation including the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care quality Standards.
Current National Police Check (Aged Care / Vulnerable People).
Up to date vaccines per Kalyra Policy.
Current SA Driver's Licence is essential.
