Job Description


A bit about the role...The Regional Manager is committed to achieving significant outcomes in the delivery of the Employment Services program in their region by meeting performance objectives and providing quality service delivery through coaching, mentoring, and fostering high a performing team.

The role will lead their team to be the provider of choice, building and maintaining effective relationships with employers, customers and community partners that create sustainable employment opportunities and outcomes for program participants.

The Regional Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships in the community that specifically lead to caseload growth through customer acquisition in a variety of referral channels.

So, what does an everyday look like?Lead, coach and drive team performanceUnderstand the labour market, resourcing needs and constraints of employers and devise solutionsSeek, develop and maintain strategic partnerships with prospective employers that identify new and ongoing employment opportunitiesBe a thought leader in diversity and inclusion initiatives and effectively articulate to employers and partners the value proposition, benefits and incentives of employing program participantsProvide organisational reporting and interpret, analyse and leverage data to enhance performance outcomesMaintain strong relationships with external stakeholdersThis role is full time, fixed term until 30 June 2025 with the possibility of extension based across our offices in the Darling Downs region.

A bit about you...Demonstrated experience of leading teams, including remote and mobile teams, and capability in driving performance and meeting KPI's and targetsExceptional ability to build strategic relationships resulting in business outcomesStrong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret a broad range of information including data, contracts and deedsAbility to obtain a Blue Card and National Police CheckValid Australian Drivers LicenceNext steps...This role will actively commence recruitment from the date of advertisement.
