Operating out of smick, renovated open planned offices amongst a hub of cafes and busy lifestyle precincts, this is an opportunity for a Leasing Consultant to join a fun, friendly and energetic team.


You do not need any experience Just a Certificate of Registration, drivers licence & reliable car.

The Role:


Reporting directly into a fantastic Senior Property Manager within a fantastic division, this is an office that thrives in a fun and friendly environment.

With a local based portfolio and plenty of training and development, your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct open for inspections & private inspections
  • Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups
  • Conduct reference checks for potential tenants
  • Administration support to a Senior Property Manager
  • Conduct ingoings, outgoings, routines
  • Liaising with tenants
  • Training to become a property manager
  • Real Estate experience is preferred however not essential
  • A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be immaculately presented
  • Must be energetic & have a cando attitude
