The Opportunity

Our new Enterprise Architect will be responsible for definition, support and maintenance of architectural direction, standards, road maps, patterns, and methodologies for all Corporate Systems across Ramsay. This will require assessment, documentation and creation of roadmaps to support enhancements of systems to align with business expectations.

The Enterprise Architect will work closely with senior technology and digital leaders to shape requirements and provide project teams with guidance and governance guardrails to ensure alignment with the digital strategy and architectural vision.

Your Skills and Experience

A skilled communicator, our Enterprise Architect will collaborate across a broad range of stakeholders, present deliverables and workshops to technical and non-technical audiences and manage vendor relationships on behalf of Ramsay Health Care.

  • 10 years' experience working in a digital or technology role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an architectural discipline
  • Proven ability to conduct strategic planning and lead and influence large scale programs in evolving environments
  • Proven conceptual, business analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly articulate concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Expert in producing high-quality deliverables, including architecture design documents, reference models, and catalogues, diagrams and matrixes
  • Commitment to the achievement of excellent outcomes, with a strong sense of accountability and customer service
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or similar
  • TOGAF or other formal certification in an architecture methodology or framework
  • Previous experience in project management

Experience in the healthcare industry and managing health data (including understanding legislative requirements) is highly desirable, but not essential.
