THE ROLE:


Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for making warm calls to new home owners to educate and inform them of their newly installed systems.

Your duties will include but are not limited to;

  • Outbound calls to warm contacts to establish ongoing customers
  • Provide a high level of service and eduaction to customers helping them understand the value of their systems
  • Build and retain long term relationships with customers
  • Liaise with internal operations team to ensure timely and accurate service to the customer base.

YOU WILL HAVE:

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience in a contact centre or customer facing environment
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills including the ability to tailor your communication for various stakeholders
  • Selfdriven and eager to achieve daily KPIs and targets
  • Ability to work both in a team and autonomously
  • Proven commitment to personal and career growth and desire to develop your skillset with a marketleading business.

Salary on offer is $55,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission for this role.
