ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE

  • Deliver up to 4 Shichida classes per day to children from 0 to 6 years old
  • Lead children and parents through a range of engaging activities in accordance with the curriculum
  • Positively influence children's learning and development
  • Actively liaise and partner with parents to support their children's learning journey
  • Prepare materials for class use
  • Connect with current and prospective parents about the program on the phone or facetoface
  • Represent Shichida values and provide excellent customer experience to our families
  • Assist with general office operations as and when required

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Demonstrated passion for working with children
  • An understanding and appreciation of the importance of the early education system
  • Demonstrated initiative and drive to contribute to a growing organisation
  • Ability to work independently, interdependently and collaboratively
  • Proven behavioural management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

SCHEDULE & LOCATION

  • School term hours
    :4 weekdays (8:30am 5:30pm); and
    Saturday morning (8:30am1:00pm)
  • School holiday hours
    :5 weekdays (8:30am 5:00pm)
  • We have a position open at a couple of our centres

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • The right to work in Australia without restriction: citizen or permanent resident
  • Prior experience working with children (highly advantageous)
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • A bachelor's degree
