Our Product Support Group (PSG) are seeking a
FIFO Supervisor that will be accountable for the daily management, leadership and support of site maintenance personnel who are FIFO from Perth working at customer sites, ensuring a high level of communication and safety awareness for the product support work group and ongoing customer support effectiveness.


Location:
(FIFO) Various Mines Sites for mining projects

Allowances:
Additional Hours, Commute to Site, Public Holiday

Roster:8/6 12.5hrs (6 month fixed-term opportunity)

To be successful the following is required:

  • Minimum Certificate requirement
  • HD Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology
  • Strong Technical Aptitude with CAT Heavy Equipment.
  • Previous Field Service & Supervisory experience essential.
  • Able to coach, train, and mentor site maintenance personnel.
  • Previous Mine site maintenance experience
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships.
  • Electrical and hydraulic system knowledge to aid in trouble shooting.
  • Ability to provide a high level of diagnostic feedback to Westrac support team/customer
