You will maximise the return of every asset while exploring all possible revenue opportunities by determining the best sale channel and optimise vehicle conditions for all our vendors assets.
This will be done by seeking out opportunities for continual improvement with a digital first approach by way of how we manage our vendor's requirements.
Working closely with the Account Manager, and National Manager, Government you will be an important link between our stock management teams and auctioneers that provides vendor specific requirements across our FMO vendors.
You will provide exceptional service to our customers by delivering the best possible outcomes, building trusting relationships and following through on commitments to achieve the contracted KPI's.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to all vendor requests and reporting (Datium, PowerBI, other internal systems)
- Working with the stock management team and auctioneers daily on vendor specific requirements
- Assisting with capturing and communicating vendor feedback
- Maximising clearance rates by conducting referrals between customers and buyers to increase the conversion with all potential aftersales
- Following up reserves, review old stock, identify and coordinate rectification opportunities and seek approvals, optimise vehicles condition, monitor and coordinate processes
- Demonstrated experience in vendor account management practices and an understanding how these practices affect stakeholder requirements
- Experience building strong trusted relationships with vendors and key stake holders
- Strong ability to build remarketing strategies and their endtoend processes, high referral conversion rates and relevant up to date motor vehicle market knowledge
- In depth understanding of venders' requirements, expectations and the induction of improvements for mutual benefits
- Strong understanding of stock management processes, best sale channel selection and identifying any commercially viable vehicle refurbishments
