About the Company
Our client is a prominent Victoria-based Occupational Rehabilitation provider with over three decades of experience. They have a diverse team of Allied Health professionals who are experts in understanding the needs of workers and businesses. You will receive a customized induction program to familiarize yourself with the role, along with ongoing support through coaching and mentoring. Various experience levels are welcome to apply for both full-time and part-time positions, encouraging Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Osteopathy, Chiro's, Nurses, Paramedics, and Psychologists.

What you will be doing:

  • Assessing worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes
  • Identifying barriers to Return to Work (RTW)
  • Collaborating with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties
  • Developing, implementing, and overseeing initiatives to assist injured employees in returning to work

What you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in relevant professions
  • Full AHPRA registration, ESSA accreditation, or current registration with the appropriate body
  • Australian Working Rights without restrictions
  • Valid driver's license and fully insured vehicle
  • While experience is preferred, it is not mandatory
