Restoration Technician

• 2289 Our client is a rapidly growing Restoration business based in Gosford. The newly formed company are committed to providing an integrated approach by supplying professional services to the residential, commercial & industrial insurance industry sectors.

This role will see you working in all aspects of property restoration including but not limited to mould remediation, cleaning, fire damage remediation, drug lab decontamination, and large and complex losses.

• Attend water damage restoration & mould remediation jobs to deliver an excellent experience to customers
• Perform all areas of mitigation & restoration works as required, including equipment installation & monitoring
• Liaise with internal office staff & external clients
• Prepare & present damage, inspection & inventory list reports for insurers
• Complete all necessary job documentation, including electronic reporting
• Most work will be between 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday

• A great work ethic, positive attitude and tidy presentation
• Trade or industry experience minimum of 2 years is desirable
• License for Asbestos Removal Nonfriable (Class B) or willing to obtain
• Supervisors' certification will be highly regarded
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools, strip out walls, ceiling, flooring, fittings.
• Honest, reliable & trustworthy personality
• Positive outlook and good at problem solving
• Detail orientated with great communication skills
