We are currentlyseeking a passionate and professional OSHC Assistant ServiceManager to join the team at our PCYC Mt Gravatt OSHC Service.As the Assistant Service Manager, you will support the OSHC ServiceManager to support team members and assist with daily duties. Your NewRole

Reporting to the OSHCService Manager, you will support the Service Manager to lead andmanage the service to ensure operation in line with GovernmentRegulations, Legislation, National Quality Framework andorganisational requirements. A key focus of the role is to supportthe Service Manager to build and maintain stakeholder relationshipsto increase commitment to the PCYC brand, while inspiring asupportive culture of safety in line with PCYC Queensland values.If this sounds like you, download our Position Description to learnmore.

AboutYou

  • MinimumCertificate III in childhood studies or other qualificationsrecognised by the regulatory authority AND working towards aDiploma in childhood studies or other qualifications recognisedby the regulatory authority
  • Ability to leadand manage a multidisciplinary OSHC team
  • Demonstratedknowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governingOSHC operations
  • Hold a Workingwith Children Check/Blue Card (or able to obtain)
  • Hold a currentFirst Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)

Pleasenote: Working with Children Check (Blue Card) NoCard, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. All PCYCemployees are required to complete a National Police Check uponcommencement.
