The ACFE Secretariat Unit of the Adult, Community and Further Education (ACFE) Division is seeking a highly motivated Project Officer responsible for digital communications projects and initiatives led on behalf of the Adult, Community and Further Education Board.
This role reports to the Manager, ACFE Secretariat.The role involves a high level of management and liaison with internal and external stakeholders pivotal to the successful outcomes of ACFE-funded communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives, particularly digital communications infrastructure including managing content on the Single Digital Presence and a number of external contracts.
The position has the following key accountabilities but not limited to:- Assure brand and language consistency and integrity across all communications initiatives and marketing materials
- Identify and develop communications to highlight ACFE Board initiatives and priorities and to reflect audience interests
- Development of ACFE Board external communication strategies
- Develop and maintain the ACFE Board's branding and visual identity guidelines, including website maintenance
- Identify and utilise appropriate project planning methods
- Identify and map the scope of a project to deliver business needs
- Communicate project plans to relevant stakeholders and build capability and understanding
- Report on, monitor and control project plans
- Identify and document project risk, quality standards and tolerances
The position of Digital Communications and Project Officer forms a part of the Adult, Community and Further Education branch in the Training, Skills and Higher Education group.
This position is within the Adult, Community and Further Education (ACFE) Division.The ACFE Division supports projects and initiatives that provide accessible, high quality, tailored lifelong learning opportunities for adult learners seeking to develop the skills they need for work, further study, and to participate fully in the Victorian community.
This work is guided by the Ministerial Statement on the Future of Adult Community Education in Victoria, the annual Ministerial Statement of Expectations of the Adult, Community and Further Education Board and the ACFE Board StrategyFurther Information
