You as a HSE Advisor will be part of Power Grids business based in AUSTRALIA.

You will Contribute to effective risk management and improving Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) performance in respective area of responsibility.


Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory compliance: Supports manager and employees to ensure area of responsibility is compliant with HSE standards, regulations and guidelines. Prepares safety instructions and notices and assists with relevant training.
  • Risk Management: Conducts HSE Audits and workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and risks and highlights corrective measures required.
  • Operations: Supports implementation of HSE objectives, incident investigations and root cause analisys within the respective organization.
  • Continuous improvement: Collects, analyses and reports on HSE performance, identifies problems and makes suggestions to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
  • Communication and engagement: Collaborated with managers and employees in order to report on, raise awareness and gain commitment for HSE initiatives and performance.
Your background

  • 5+ years in a similar role.
  • Experience in Field Service environment, Electrical Work HSE.
  • Sound knowledge in Power Industry standards and practices.
  • Experience in Operations, Project Management, Transformers Service.
