As the

Specialty Sales Representative, the key to your success in this role will be your ability to engage and build meaningful customer relationships in the Rheumatology therapy area, demonstrate in-depth scientific and clinical expertise of your products, and operate with outstanding cross-functional skills and teamwork. This role will report directly to the National Sales Manager and will have close interaction with the marketing and medical teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Science, Business, Nursing, or related discipline is essential.
  • Prior sales account or territory management experience in a clinical/hospital setting
  • Demonstrated experience and strong success in a Specialty Sales role with similar complexity in the Pharma industry are essential
  • Ideally, someone with sound knowledge in the Immunology/Rheumatology market and a customer base
  • You have strong professional communication, scientific knowledge, and impeccable interpersonal, rapportbuilding skills.
  • You embrace continuous learning opportunities and seek knowledge in challenging situations, you are comfortable with complexity, can examine problems carefully, and deliver in firsttime situations.
