About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager People Systems, Insights and Payroll this 2-year fixed term opportunity will see you lead all stages of the implementing a HRIS system including; requirements gathering, solution scoping, vendor RFP and selection, design build, configuration, data migration and implementation of HRIS modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the project team to deliver the functional development and implementation of the new HRIS system
  • Accountable for all stages of implementing a HRIS including; requirements gathering, solution scoping, design, build, configuration, data migration and implementation of HRIS products/systems, Proven success in project management and process improvement
  • Oversee all data management activities including extracting and cleaning, data transformation and migration
  • Partner effectively with IT, Payroll, HR, Change Management, Project and Training teams as well as external vendors

About You

  • Proven Project Management experience or in a similar role, implementing a HRIS system.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR System(s) and an understanding of technical integration
  • Project Management qualifications highly regarded (e.g., Agile, Prince2, Lean)
  • Pragmatic and positive with the ability to balance and achieve systems, commercial/business, and people outcomes.
  • Excellent Stakeholder management to build strategic relationships across the organisation.
