Your Impact


As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children.

You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.


About Goodstart North Lakes Winn St:
Our centre is in a convenient spot close to local shops, schools and community amenities.
We offer a welcoming, fun and very supportive environment with lots of long-term staff
We are a 75 place centre open from 6.30am until 6.30pm and are rated EXCEEDING NQS
We pride ourselves on our homely reception and comfortable facilities and our well designed outdoor play space offers a variety of equipment, educational toys and fun experiences, all in sunny areas with shade cover

Spacious indoor rooms allow for the children to interact with one another as they are inspired to learn and investigate, also forming respectful relationships with peers and educators.

Exciting and motivating activities are programmed that support the Early Years Learning Framework
Community is very important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we can enrich the learning experience

You'll need:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current QLD Working with Children Check
