Due to continued growth within the Perth office, this leading Project and Cost Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced Mechanical Services Cost manager for Commercial projects.

Working within their services division, you will be working across a diverse range of public and private Commercial projects providing cost advice on estimates.

We are considering a range of experience from Junior through to highly experienced Quantity Surveyors.

You must be proficient in the following:

  • Proven experience in costs planning, analysis and estimating across Mechanical engineering services on a range of projects.
  • Proven estimating ability and / or quantity surveying experience including the preparation of engineering estimates, quotes or tenders
  • A background within contracting and / or consultancy experience
  • Be a member or eligible for AIQS or RICS
  • Advanced computer skills including Estimating software such as Cost X.
You will hold a relevant qualification/background e.g. Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related Discipline. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, and you will be a team player with a hands-on approach.
You'll be working with a close knit and supportive team with Directors who have a wealth of knowledge. Personal development and attendance of industry events are actively encouraged and there is regular social and team bonding actives.
