Role

  • Day to day Subway operation
  • Determining special promotions, stock levels and service standards
  • Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
  • Depending on market trends, holiday periods and special events.
  • Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
  • Maintaining records of stock levels and manage financial transactions
  • Discuss business strategy with head office and undertaking budgeting for the store
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
