About the opportunity:


Troocoo has partnered with a for-purpose organisation to find a Cyber Security Team Lead, to cover a secondment position for a minimum of 6-months.

This is a day rate contract opportunity that will report into and be the 2IC to the Head of Information & Cyber Security for the business.

The role will be a technical leader, managing SIEM systems to conduct incident response, testing and auditing.

They will provide advice and guidance to all business units on security strategies to manage identified risks and ensure adoption / adherence to standards.


What the Cyber Security Team Lead will need to be successful:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Azure Sentinel solution, and the security incident response framework.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of data loss prevention rules and policies within O36
  • Assist in leading the security implementation of the organisation's strategic initiatives, projects and/or the establishment of new capabilities or services.
  • Ability to lead technical and specialist teams in highperforming environment, when called upon.
  • Demonstrable experience with attack frameworks like MITRE.
  • Exposure to common information security management and compliance frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, Australian Privacy Act, GDPR and NIST.
  • Experience in guiding and helping various technical and nontechnical team members in understanding security concepts and principles.
