Location: Queensland or New South Wales

About the role:

• Assess property damage via multiple platforms including desktop, virtual, and on-site assessments.
• Determine claim quantum and scope under relevant PDS.
• Deliver excellent service to customers and support Claim Managers.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders.
• Identify vulnerabilities and build effective relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to customers during virtual and desktop assessments.
• Assess property loss to determine policy coverage and reserves.
• Manage claims cost and assess repair quality.
• Proactively identify risks and ensure compliance.
• Contribute insights for performance improvement and learning development.

About You:

• Qualifications in insurance and building trades are desired.
• Minimum 2 years of insurance and customer service experience.
• Strong computer literacy and communication skills.
• Previous experience as an Assessor is a plus.
