Description of Position
Joining our Bundaberg store, this full-time role entails a 76-hour work schedule over a two-week period, with weekends off on alternate Saturdays and Sundays. Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both retail and trade clients
- Promote and grow our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
- Enhance product expertise to guide customers in selecting the most suitable products
- Exceed personal sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
- Contribute to store presentation through merchandising and general upkeep
- Support local community and charitable initiatives
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Prior retail experience
- Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with customers
- An enthusiastic and energetic approach towards your work
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently
- Keen attention to detail
