On a 3 month temporary bases, which has the potential to extend or go into a permanaent position. Based in St Leonards. They do offer WFH flexiabilty.

What they'll do:

  • Manage manual allocation processes across multiple product portfolios (this will require following process, leveraging reports and data to allocate inventory to the right customers & communicate with stakeholders. The ability to build complex formulas in excel to leverage reports and decide who to allocate to will be key)
  • Take calls/questions from TM's and MPS's around manual allocations
  • Coordinate a project focused on setting up a Surgeon lab (in partnership with our MedEd team) which will include things like finalising logistics and bookings, processing invoices, coordinating a proctoring process, communicating with key stakeholders to keep the project on time & on budget
  • Coordinating custom implant/instrument process
  • Data and reporting analysis to support fundamentals projects

Skills needed:

  • Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel experience (complex analysis using formulas etc.). Experience as an analyst (supply chain or finance) would be ideal
  • Strong communicator (ability to communicate clearly and professionally with key stakeholders across JR, including our field team and also push back on requests if appropriate in the right way)
  • Excellent organisational skills experience coordinating projects, following up with stakeholder, keeping deliverables on track, reporting back information ideal
