  • The Executive Manager, Clinical Hub is a crucial role within the QAS, responsible for managing and supporting the specialist team within the Clinical Hub in their day-to-day activities.
  • This role involves leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of the QAS Clinical Hub, ensuring continuous assurance and governance of the unit.
  • The Executive Manager will collaborate with the Office of the Chief Operating Officer and the Office of the Medical Director to keep the Clinical Hub updated with care pathways and enhancing patient care outcomes.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Proof of qualification and current registration under the National Scheme by the Paramedicine Board of Australia.
  • Minimum of an Associate Diploma of Applied Science (Ambulance); certification to practice as a Paramedic in Queensland; or equivalent qualifications.
  • Hold an open Queensland 'C' Class Driver's Licence for a manual car.
  • Vaccination against specific infectious diseases is required for roles with direct patient contact.
  • Additionally, tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in health management, business, or a related field are advantageous.

  • Ability to drive strategic planning for organizational change and service enhancements.
