Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing heavy maintenance activities on the most advanced maritime helicopter in the world and becoming a master of your trade.
- Engaging in entire aircraft deeper level, intermediate and operational level maintenance, structural repair, incorporation of major modifications, component inspections, Squadron support mobile repair, aircraft storage and preservation, aircraft painting, and operational test flight support on the flight line.
About you: If you are a qualified AME Certifier, LAME or just completed your apprenticeship, this is the career for you To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Aeroskills (Avionics)
- Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence security clearance. Applicants must be an Australian Citizen to meet Defence security requirements.
Rotary wing experience is preferred but not essential – we have an awesome Training team who can take you through types and conversion courses in-house If you already hold a Military Aircraft Maintenance License (MAML) – even better If you have the passion for aviation and enjoy contributing to a hard-working team, then register your interest by clicking "Apply Now" and upload an up-to-date cover letter and resume.
Special Requirements: Applicants are required to obtain and maintain Australian Defence Force security clearance (NV1) and as such must be Australian Citizen.
